Wildlife SOS
So many of our trips take people to regions filled with wildlife of every imaginable size, shape and colour. But it’s all fantastically fragile and much of it comes under increasing threat in our modern world. Wildlife SOS is based in India and run by a small group of passionate individuals inspired to make lasting changes to conserve India’s natural heritage before it’s too late. They actively work towards protecting Indian wildlife, conserving habitats, studying biodiversity, conducting research and creating alternative and sustainable livelihoods for erstwhile poacher communities. Wildlife SOS are particularly known for their work with ‘dancing bears’ but they also have active projects to help leopards, elephants, reptiles and other animals.
