HONEYMOON ADVENTURES

SEASON - September To March

CLOSEST INT'L AIRPORT - New Delhi / Bombay

In Northwest India lies the Royal State of Rajasthan. For thousands of years, the Royal families fought off invaders and defended the land with their lives. In their spare time they built some of the worlds most spectacular forts, temples, palaces and architectural structures, fostering a lively and unique culture that still lives on today.

Picture spending a week or 2 in the Royal capital of India on your customized honeymoon adventure. Wake up in the mornings to the sound of exotic birds and the sight of a flock of Siberian Crane landing on the lake as you sip your morning chai (tea) in the Sardar Samand Lake Palace. Or watch the colorful, jeweled tribal village women disappear into the Thar Desert on their daily water fetching expedition. Your evenings will be spent feasting on the best North Indian cuisine and sipping on champagne as traditional dancers, musicians, magicians and puppeteers privately perform for you, bringing the night alive with the past.

You will rest your wary bodies in 5 ** desert camps, century old forts and Palaces out off the Arabian nights. During the day you can bargain for Rajasthan's world-renowned jewelry, carpets and antiques or explore some of the most amazing architecture in the world in the form of forts, palaces and temples. Better still, for those up for a bit of an adventure, slowly ride one of our camels until you disappear and melt away into the magical desert sunset.....

As a grand finale, you can also visit the Taj Mahal, one of the most romantically inspired structures ever built. The tomb, built by the Mogul Emperor Shah Jahan for his wife, took over 15 years to construct and is one of the Seven Wonders of the World.
